Luc van Mechelen (B)
won 1st National Bourges 6,713 yrl. A grandchild of 'Adriano' bred by me. Luc also won 1st Nat. Chateauroux, the same day that Bas Verkerk won Nat Chateauroux in The Netherlands. My blood in both winners, albeit a bit far.
Bart van Oeckel (B)
Won 1st NATIONAL, line Ace Four. Again 'far' but without that pigeon of mine….?
J de Langhe (B)
again sensational with his for 75% 'AS pigeons'. Such as 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 13 etc. from just under 400 pigeons. A youngster from two pigeons of mine had a BETTER coefficient than the National Ace Pigeon, but had been raced in several clubs.
K J Wakker won 6,535 p-1st. A related pigeon won a 2nd in the province. Two A S pigeons won 2nd and 3rd against 2,015 pigeons in 2025.

What a progress with crossed A S strain at Long Distance this year.
Issoudun: Provincial: 5-6-13-33-85-136-184-190 etc. (3.553 birds) (17/13).
Stockbird 'Hector', father of 1st prize Nat. Chateauroux S3 (7.541 p) is a half AS.
Mr. Burgers: Mini colony, 1st and 2nd Ace pigeon District with 2 A S pigeons.
Co Verbree became NATIONAL CHAMPION in 2024, A S blood was very helpful.

In 2022 1st National champion sprint, nominated and not nominated. Also in 2024 2nd National Champion, so of ALL Holland, with 80% 'A S blood'.
Mr.Carlos Valle won 5th, 17th and 18th (11,957 p, 464 lofts) with his A S pigeons.
Helder Carvallo
Newcomer Helder with unprecedented results in Br 2000 R 4. Partly A S pigeons.
Watch out:
So most of this is at the national level. After the WHZB (National Competition) award ceremony early this century, W de Bruijn and Hans Eyerkamp Sr. called every year how surprised they were to hear that so many NATIONAL Ace pigeons came from my loft. A summary:
- B Pieper had 2 times the National Ace Middle Distance. From A S pigeons.
- G v d Kemp had the 3rd National Ace Middle Distance out of an A S pigeon.
- B v d Brandt had the 1st National Ace pigeon long distance. Bought by Hooymans. The mother came from two pigeons from me.
- C Maas had the National Ace Pigeon Middle Distance out of 2 pigeons from me.
- Marcel Wouters (B) had the National Ace pigeon Middle Distance and 1st Olympiad pigeon. This bird called ‘Ad’ was from a pigeon of mine.
- Rens v d Zijde had the National Ace long distance out of 2 pigeons from me.
- Co Verbree had best cock AND best hen in Holland. Both from a cock of mine.
- H Kennes had the best Middle Distance pigeon in the Netherlands. My line.
- Cor Leytens had the 1st Olympiad pigeon sprint and also the 2nd World Champion long distance. Both from pigeons from me.
- Henri van Doorn had best youngster in the country off of a pigeon from me.
- B Knaven became national Champion long dist. with my birds. (line Home Alone).
- Jespers v d Wegen (B) rarely or never seen performances. Several birds in the top 10 National against 30.000 pigeons. 'Fleur', his basic breeder was bred by me.
- Fred Labruijn had 3rd National Ace Pigeon Middle Dist. Father was mine.
- Falco Ebben became a great champion with crossed AS birds. His 'Indy' (6 x 1st in Fed) he got direct from me. Two other directs became 1st and 2nd Ace Pigeon in Fed, two other pigeons bred by me became 4th and 7th best of Holland y. b.
- Peter Swichtenberg became 1st Champion of all Germany with pure birds from me. He also got several National Ace pigeons off of my birds in 15 first.
- Karoly Horvath became Champion of Hungary.
- Johnny Urich became 2nd National Champion. 'His Schaerlaeckens pigeons made him an icon before he was 30 years old' a paper said.
- M Huijsmans had 4th best National Ace. Father was mine. (Now at Kaier).
- C Boeckx (B) had 4th National Ace pigeon sprint (1st provincial) from an A S. pigeon.
- M Vanlint won 1st National Argenton with a half A S bird via W the Br.
Furthermore:
Iconic pigeons such as Bubbles, Fleur, Romario, Indy, Murphy’s Law, Bendner, Johnny Boy, Camelion Bonfire have my blood. Sometimes a lot, sometimes farfetched. Romario (Hallmann) has been described as possibly the best breeder ever for O L races. Both parents were mine.
