Orleansdoffertje is off of the miracle pair Mattens x Sissi. The 2nd and 3rd best Aces (long distance) of the West European Nation Cup 2003 are descendants of this pair. (raced by Verkerk and v d Zijde). In 1993 the late Klak was watching the birds from National Orleans in the yard of Ad Schaerlaeckens. The race was hard and this little cock won from 1.246 birds 2nd prize and 8th National (8,807 pigeons). Later on it was to be an excellent breeder as well. Mr Braet won S-National Tours appr 17,000 birds in very hard weather, 20 mpm ahead, with a descendant of Orleandsoffertje (bought by Eyerkamp). Mr Zoontjens Mr Zoontjens was so impressed by the results of his friend Ad S that he asked Ad Schaerlaeckens to buy some birds. Ad refused but gave him 93-5383223, the brother to ‘Orleansdoffertje’ for free to use it. A decendant is famous ‘Vivian’ which is Zoontjens best breeder and mother and gr.mother of numerous of winners in the strongest competitions, including 4th best youngster Holland NPO. Mr Falco Ebben, son of chairman NPO His ‘Super 27’ (01-1505827) is also a descendant of Orleansdoffertje. He won 11 first prizes but also:. National NPO La Ferte Bernard 13,736 p – 2nd National NPO Orleans 20,202 p – 8th Houdeng 3,279 p – 1st St Ghislain 2, 234 p – 2nd St Ghislain 2,680 p – 3rd And so on. And then you should know Ebben has a gr.son of Creilman that he considers better than ‘super 27’. Mr Co Verbree Verbree got 2 children from Orleansdoffertje. One (‘Adino’) gave 2nd National NPO Etampes 17,251 p and was Ace pigeon Long Distance. Another daughter (02-1179852) was Ace pigeon fond in 2003 and won 1st National Chateauroux 24th Juli 2004 (6,700 p). Herr Pavlic Germany Won 1st against appr 10,000 birds with gr.son Orleansdoffertje and so did Herr Schwichtenberg Germany. Herr Grampsch Budapest Hungry Won 1st prizes from 100 to 700 kms with gr.children Orleansdoffertje against thousands of birds.
